During 2020, I knew I had to do something with all my newfounded free time. I tried multiple things. First, I tried selling knicks knacks through dropshipping, then I tried to sell high end furniture- again through dropshipping. Total flops. Yeesh. I was about to try my third go round with dropshipping (with FBA), when I saw an interview with Tai Lopez and Brian Page. Brian explained his process of rental arbitrage for Airbnbs so well that I literally went, “I can do that!”

 And there began my journey with my first short term rental. Landed a deal with a 1 bedroom apartment right by Disneyland! Although, I was really confident that I create a smooth operation, it definitely took trial and error. After many, many lessons, my Airbnb operation became a well-oiled machine. I figured out how to draw my ideal guest, how to get a 5 star review each time, and how to get more bookings throughout the month.

Thanks to Tik Tok, I heard about the website Upwork. I figured, hey, maybe there’s people who need help with their Airbnbs. Boom. People started asking me to be a cohost for their str’s. And then, one day, a lady asked me to help her get hers started. I helped her with the process that happens before you actually run your rental. I realized, I really liked doing that. I did all the shopping for all the supplies needed, created her house manual, and created her Airbnb listing. It was so much fun!

Since then, I have helped many people cohost their properties, take care of tasks needed to start an Airbnb, and now I have started cleaning here in my local area.
