Cohosting Service

For those who want someone handling vacation rental operations side by side or for those who seek to be fully hands off, I’m your girl! If you already have cohosts, and you’re looking to add to your crew, I’d love to join your team. I am also fine to be the sole cohost of your rental.

As a Cohost, this is what I do:

  • Communicate with guests

  • Provide solutions for guest issues

  • Handle supplies inventory

  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance crew

  • Provide a memorable experience to guests to increase likelihood of receiving 5 Star reviews

Pricing:

Here’s an answer that we all love to hear (kidding)…Pricing varies case by case. Welp, sorry guys. But it’s for good reason!

Pricing is determined by: how many properties you want me to cohost, the demand/complexity of your operation, what hours you want me to be available for (I do offer 24/7), and your budget (if reasonable, I’d be happy to work within your budget). Also, key note, pricing is also determined by exactly what duties you’d like me to have. You may like me to do more than what I offer or less, which will impact your pricing.

*Please note, as of now, I am a one woman band. As I gain more clients, I will be adding teammates to help me host. Your price will stay the same if I have someone helping me. So hey, you get multiple hosts for the price of one.

Pre-Operation Services

A La Carte Services:

  • Crew Recruitment $50-$100

    Get options for cleaners and handymen to call on. For those who need photos taken, get options for local professional photographers. $50 for options for 1 role or $100 for options for 2-3 roles.

  • Airbnb Listing Creation $100

    With this service you’ll get your Airbnb listed complete with descriptions and photos organized

  • Inventory Shopping $80

    Get the shopping all out of the way with this service. I online shop for the items necessary to furnish a new short term rental. Furniture, appliances, towels, toiletries, etc.

    *Please note: Regarding furniture, I do NOT interior design; I provide options for you to choose based off what you tell me you want.

  • Automated Message Templates $50

    Get message templates that automate your operation as much as possible. EX: Automated message gives a call to action for guests to leave 5 Star reviews when they checkout.

  • Comparative Analysis $50

    See what other short term rentals in your area are providing/charging so you can see how to stand out from them and/or offer similar features

  • Short Term Rental Property Lead Search

    I find a property for you to lease to sublease aka Rental Arbitrage.

    This particular service is unique in the labor it demands. Please message me for more details.

Cleaning Services

Currently available for short term rentals located in California: select cities in Orange County, LA County and the Inland Empire. My cleaning crew provides top notch service that will leave your guests happy and give you peace of mind.

Pricing: Determined by size of home and extra services you require (laundry service and inventory restock,etc).
